Our minimum charge for Pressure Washing is £100
** "Biodegradable” refers to the ability of things to get disintegrated (decomposed) by the action of micro-organisms such as bacteria or fungi biological (with or without oxygen) while getting assimilated into the natural environment. There's no ecological harm during the process.

Steam Cleaning is quoted per job, its not always a simple calculation of surface area x price per metre squared, it also depends on access and the state of the surface to be cleaned.

Notes: The above prices are the 'from' price, a camera inspection will be carried out when visiting to provide a quotation to see how much dirt, moss and large weeds are growing in your gutters and in your down pipe.
Our minimum charge for Gutter Cleaning is £50
If there are any broken tiles which is slid down on your roof to the gutter we will try to remove safely and will let you know about the defect.
We do not up sell/offer a fixing service, we do not fix broken tiles , roofing or any high building elements.

Tarmac rejuvenation is priced individually as it may need different levels of restoration work.
Light oils such as diesel or petrol can damage the surface of a tarmac driveway and once damaged it cannot be invisibly repaired.
For Tarmac restoration, we would need to visit you and assess the surface before a quote can be provided.
Note that there is no product on the market that can fully remove synthetic oil stains, we can do our best to fade them but full removal isnt possible.
Tarmac restoration carries a minimum charge of £50.
